Welcome to Digging For Ancestors!

I caught the genealogy bug back in 1987 and have been hooked ever since.  I am researching several branches of my family tree and plan to share what I find… and how I find it right here.

I am looking forward to also finding some more distant cousins!

I am the mom of two (currently 20 and 33 years old). I homeschooled our youngest who has been diagnosed as having Asperger’s and I have several chronic illnesses (which include: an atypical form of Parkinsons, Psuedo Cushings, BPPV, AGHD, Fibromyalgia, etc).

I also blog over at The Journey Unexpected where I am passionate about Asperger’s Syndrome, homeschooling, Parkinsonism, being Gluten Intolerant, books, recipes, & anything else on our family’s Christian Journey…
